CASA55 offers the comfort of staying in a modern country house, immersed in the tranquility of the surrounding nature. Casa OLMO and Casa GELSO are bright apartments located on the ground floor with large windows equipped with mosquito nets. You will find a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchens are fully equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, moka coffee maker, and dishes. You can enjoy the common porch, ideal for outdoor dining, and the surrounding garden. A common laundry room is available with a sink, clothesline, ironing board and iron, washing machine, and dryer. The entrance is independent and accessible by car for loading and unloading luggage. Parking is available within the private property. Please note that the apartment is reserved for non-smokers, while designated outdoor areas are available for smokers. You will be welcomed by the hosts who speak Italian, English, and Portuguese.

Such as fresh fruit, juices, empty and stuffed croissants, rusks, Nutella, fruit jams, honey, biscuits, coffee powder and Moka, coffee machine with waffles, long-life milk, tea and infusions. If you have special needs for breakfast due to intolerances, allergies or other, we invite you to let us know in advance, so that we can propose a dedicated proposal.

In our residence inside the farm we created CASA55, most of the pieces of furniture have been revisited by us and designed to compose a flexible furniture, with furniture that can be moved easily and perhaps recomposed as desired. I am available if the guest wants to interact otherwise see you at check-in and check-out.

Area countryside

Quarantoli is located in a strategic position because within a radius of 76 kilometers are the cities of the Emilia Romagna region: Parma, Modena, Reggio Emilia and Bologna; Mantua in Lombardy and Verona in Veneto. With just 5 minutes by car you can reach the train station of Mirandola to reach Verona and Bologna in less than an hour. For those who reach us by car we are 25 km from the Reggiolo-Rolo A22 motorway exit, 40 Km from the Modena Nord A1 exit and 46 Km from the Ferrara Nord A13 exit; while for those who love cycling we are 450 m. from the exit Via Baccanina della Ciclovia del Sole in the stage Mirandola - Bologna connecting Bologna to the rest of Europe with EuroVelo7.
